I was raised in country NSW, which gave me a deep appreciation for rural life, nature, and the quieter rhythms that come with both. I’m a wife and mother, and like many, I know firsthand the joys, challenges, and constant balancing act that family life brings. Born in the 80s, I’ve lived through enough seasons of life to understand that growth is rarely linear. Authentic connection is a core value for me, and it’s one of the reasons I get such fulfillment from counselling — creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their own path forward.
