I’ve always been drawn to people and the complexity of being human — the beauty of our imperfections, the way we hold each other, navigate challenges and everything else in between. My greatest hope is for others to discover inner peace and succeed in whatever it is they are striving toward.​

My Story
Straight out of school, I began studying social work. Early on, I realised that while I was passionate about the field, I didn’t yet have the life experience I felt was necessary to support others in a meaningful way. I pivoted into a business degree and spent several years working in the corporate world.
​
Life evolved as it does —I married, had two children, and moved to a remote acreage surrounded by forest, only accessible by 4WD. It was there that I started a women’s wellness business, blending my passion for wellbeing with the skills I had gained in business. It was also during this time that I recognised a deeper calling: if I wanted to do more of the work I truly loved, I needed to return to study.

And so, I did. Now, here I am—rooted in life experience, driven by a desire to help people, and grateful to be able to share in other's journeys.
